Essential Website: $799 to $1,250. Private Practice Presence: $1,950. Website Revamp + SEO: $899 to $1,250. What moves a website within its range is additional pages, copywriting and integrations. Payment is 30% upfront when you accept the contract, and Private Practice Presence can be paid in three phases. For an Essential Website, your direction: your services, who you help and what you want the site to say. I take care of the copy. For Private Practice Presence, just yourself, because discovery is part of the process. For a revamp, your current website.

Four rounds of revisions are included within the agreed scope, and the scope is set out clearly before we start.

30% is paid upfront, together with accepting the contract. Private Practice Presence can be paid in three phases, starting with that 30%.

I build on most platforms, so we choose the one that suits your practice best. Your domain and hosting are paid directly by you to the providers, and what they cost depends on the platform.

Yes. I work with therapists around the world, including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan and parts of Europe.

Yes. You will be able to manage your site yourself, so editing text or swapping photos does not need a developer.

No. There is no required retainer. You work with me on the project, and afterwards you can manage your site yourself. If you would like ongoing maintenance, an optional maintenance retainer is available.

Essential Website and Website Revamp + SEO: questions after launch? I am a message away. Fixes outside the original scope are a small fee. Private Practice Presence includes 90 days of support for troubleshooting and reasonable refinements within the original scope. Not unlimited redesigns or ongoing marketing. An optional maintenance retainer is available for ongoing updates.

You own your domain, hosting, and website. Those are paid directly by you to the providers, so nothing is tied to me. You can manage your site yourself afterwards without a required retainer. What the domain and hosting cost depends on the platform we choose.

Every website includes basic SEO foundations: page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, clean URLs, image optimization and internal linking. Website Revamp + SEO adds an SEO review and updates.

No one honestly can. Search rankings depend on many factors outside any web designer's control. I build the foundations properly and I do not promise rankings.

A clear structure helps. I write and organise pages with descriptive headings, plain-language explanations of who you help and what you offer, and consistent information throughout, which also helps search engines and AI assistants understand your practice. I cannot promise any specific result.
